Team Up for the Cal 100 Fun Run

Join the relay for a day of fun and fitness

The much-loved Cal 100 Fun Run is back for 2026 and the Caloundra community is invited to gather a team, set up a marquee and take on the ultimate 100-minute challenge!

Proudly delivered by the Caloundra State School P&C Association, the Cal 100 Fun Run returns on Sunday 13 September, building on the energy and success of last year’s event, which brought together hundreds of runners, spectators, families, local businesses, schools and sporting clubs from across the region.
But organisers say this is more than a fun run.

“It’s about community, connection and challenge,” said event organisers. “Whether you run, jog, walk or cheer from the sidelines, the event creates an incredible atmosphere where people aged 5 years and over can be active, have fun and support a great cause.”

Participants can tackle the 1km loop challenge as part of a relay team and adults can even try solo, seeing how far they can go in 100 minutes. Teams are encouraged to bring marquees and enjoy the festival atmosphere between laps, with food stalls, coffee van, prizes, merchandise and the return of the crowd favourite – the ‘Beat the Croc’ novelty race for kids.

Funds raised will support the school’s long-running before school Cal 100km Club, helping students stay active while building fitness, confidence, friendship and healthy habits.

Registrations are now open at raceroster.com/116581, with earlybird pricing available until 16 August.
