About Caloundra Chronicle

Caloundra Chronicle exists to celebrate the people, stories and spirit of our coastal community.

Caloundra Chronicle started with a simple idea. There’s a lot happening here that doesn’t always get seen or shared.

Not the big headlines, but the everyday things. Local people doing good work, small businesses having a crack, community projects, events and the kind of moments that give a place its character.

We wanted to create something that brings all of that together. Something that feels local, useful and easy to come back to — whether you’re looking for something to do or just want to stay across what’s happening.

At its heart, it’s a platform for local voices. A way to share what’s really going on across the community.

What We Do

At its core, Caloundra Chronicle is about helping people feel more connected to where they live or visit.

We cover a mix of:

  • Local events, markets and live music
  • Community stories and local initiatives
  • Business highlights and new openings
  • People doing interesting or meaningful things
  • Coastal lifestyle, seasonal moments and what’s happening around town

Alongside the magazine, we’re continuing to build:

  • The GoGuide a simple way to keep across what’s on
  • The Local Business Directory a place to discover and support local

Together, it’s about making it easier to not just read about Caloundra, but actually experience it.

A Platform for Local Voices

We see Caloundra Chronicle as more than a publication — it’s a platform for the community. We welcome story ideas, event submissions and contributions from locals who want to share something meaningful.

Everyone has a story, and we believe those stories help shape the identity of our region.

Supporting Local Business

We are also proud to support local businesses and organisations by connecting them with the community in a genuine and relevant way. Through partnerships and advertising opportunities, we help local enterprises reach the people who live, work and play here.
