For 49 years, master jeweller Graham Baker has been crafting premium jewellery pieces to mark life’s most meaningful family milestones—ensuring the highest quality and a touch of artistry in every creation.
Graham’s journey began in childhood, fossicking for gold and gemstones near Bathurst alongside his father. That early fascination was nurtured at the Penrith Lapidary Club, where he developed the intricate art of cutting and polishing stones, skills that would define a lifelong career.
Straight out of school in 1977, he began his apprenticeship on Sydney’s Pitt Street, laying the groundwork for many years of craftsmanship.
In 1997, Graham opened Diamond Mine Jewellers in Liverpool before relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2004, establishing the Pelican Waters store that has since become a trusted destination for fine jewellery.
Today, Graham and his team handcraft pieces on-site, combining time-honoured techniques with the finest materials. Their offering spans bespoke design, remakes, repairs and valuations, each service delivered with genuine care and expertise.
