After 20 years working as a legal PA in Sydney, Rachael knew something had to change. “I felt like I was rotting away in an office,” she recalls. A move to the Sunshine Coast and motherhood brought a pause—and perspective. But it was a final stint in a law firm and the loss of her mum that truly sparked the shift: “I realised I wanted more out of life. I wanted to have fun.”
What began as teaching school mums how to make healthy smoothies and energy teas has blossomed into Sunshine Nutrition Co. With hubby Ian by her side, Rachael turned her passion for fitness, clean eating, and community into a vibrant health hub, which opened in Kings Beach March this year.
Serving up high-protein smoothies (150–300 calories), made with ice and water, sugar-free syrups, fun toppings, and a rotating menu of crowd favourites like Iced Coffee and Biscoff, there’s something to suit every taste. Their colourful, low-calorie energy teas deliver a clean, crash-free boost and gut-health benefits too.
