At just 25, local entrepreneur Zack de Jersey is making his mark in the real estate industry. Through his agency, De Jersey Estate Co—prominently located on Kings Beach Headland—he is helping clients maximise their property sales and transform their financial futures.
Raised in Caloundra, Zack discovered his passion for real estate at 18, inspired by his mother’s love for the industry. Combined with the entrepreneurial spirit of his father and grandfather, this influence ignited his ambition to launch his own business. His journey is driven by a deep passion for helping people change their reality.
“Seeing that excitement is the best,” he said. “Let’s say clients want a certain figure, and you get them $50,000 or $100,000 more. It can change their lives. They can then buy a property they thought they originally could not afford.”
Specialising in beachside properties, Zack is dedicated to the community that shaped him. “I grew up here my whole life, it’s a special area,” he said. He attended Talara Primary College before moving on to Unity College for high school. Alongside his studies, he was actively involved in the local sporting scene, playing junior and senior rugby league with the Caloundra Sharks.
Unlike large real estate agencies, Zack focuses on creating a personalised experience, ensuring clients receive his full attention rather than being handed off to other agents. He prioritises providing the necessary information and allowing clients the space to decide in their own time, without external pressure.
Looking ahead, Zack is committed to continuing to deliver high-level service while also creating opportunities for newcomers in the industry. “I want to grow the team and mentor people as they work their way up through the industry, just like I was,” he said.
