What sets Bianco apart is its ability to offer premium wines by the glass. Using Coravin technology, the team can pour rare and exceptional wines without opening the bottle, allowing guests to enjoy a single glass that would rarely be available outside major city venues.
If a familiar Sauvignon Blanc is the preference or something more adventurous is on the cards, Bianco’s resident sommelier is on hand to guide the experience, carefully matching wines to the menu’s authentic Italian flavours.
Bookings can be made online, though walk-ins are always welcome for a casual drink or a leisurely afternoon spent exploring the wine list and shared plates. Guests can even take home up to two bottles recommended by the sommelier, making it easy to continue the experience beyond the restaurant.
