Hosted by Ithaca Caloundra City Life Saving Club, at Breakfree Grand Pacific Resort, Caloundra, the Grey Medallion is a free one-day life saving course designed for parents, new residents and anyone wanting to build practical water safety and emergency response skills. Delivered by qualified trainers and lifesavers, the program covers CPR, defibrillator use, rip identification, water and pool safety, emergency response, child supervision around water and dry rescue techniques. Held only once each year, the course is highly regarded and places are limited.
