This experience enables Bryan to support first home buyers navigate through current government grants and incentives, and to guide owner-occupiers as they upgrade or downsize. He also assists investors focused on long-term wealth creation and self-employed clients who require more tailored lending solutions, including self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) property purchases.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, Bryan is particularly enthusiastic about supporting local individuals and small business owners. Coming from a family of small business operators, he understands the unique challenges faced by the self-employed and works closely with clients to strengthen their position through smarter asset acquisition and effective cashflow management.
