Downunder Beachfest Car Show 'n' Shine Sunday

Get ready for chrome, classics and coastal vibes as Downunder Beachfest 2026 returns to the Sunshine Coast from Wednesday 27 to Sunday 31 May. Taking over Caloundra CBD and surrounds, this iconic festival celebrates Australia’s street rod culture with a showcase of pre-’85 vehicles, live entertainment and plenty of family-friendly action. Stroll through the streets lined with immaculate hot rods, custom and classic motor vehicles, whilst soaking up that rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle, beachside.

The event proudly continues its partnership with Bowden’s Own as major sponsor, promising another standout year where car enthusiasts can mingle, share stories, and get up close to these automotive treasures – the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow car lovers and admire the craftsmanship of these stunning vehicles.

Presented by the Australian Street Rod Federation, Beachfest is a celebration of automotive excellence and beach culture presenting various events throughout the festival:
